The Event Location can be set when the Event is being created, or it can be changed at a later time.
When the Location is set, a map will be displayed with the Event that shows where the Event takes place. The location shown on the map relates to the Postcode and may not be exactly where the Event will be. After the Event has been saved, please see Fix Map Location to make any corrections needed.
Many of the Locations used for CTAT Events will have been used with previous Events. In order to make the CTAT website look consistant, please can you use the the details from the following table if you are setting a Location that has been used before:

The process of setting an Event Location is shown below:
- Edit the Event
If the Event is not currently being edited, navigate to the Event list and click on the Event name to edit it. In this example the Training Event will be used: - Click on Edit to edit the basic details of the Event:
- Set the desired Location for the Event
Use the details from the above table if the Location has already been used: - Save the Location information
Scroll to the bottom of the basic Event details in order to save the Location information. If you are updating an Event that is part of a Sequence, the Update sequence box will be shown. If it is shown, make sure it is ticked, then click on Save:
